General Description

Microsoft Project provides a means to document, resource, track and/or review project details. This session will help you to develop and maintain project schedules incorporating task relationships, resource management and costings to produce project reports and models.

Target Audience

This session is intended for participants requiring a software tool to assist with their project management needs. Project management experience is highly recommended but not essential.

Pre-requisites

Participants should have an understanding of fundamental personal computer operations such as file management and mouse operations.
