General Description

Get online and start surfing the Internet effectively and efficiently. Make use of the graphical World Wide Web (WWW) and its wealth of information to quickly find out what you need to know.

Target Audience

This session is intended for participants with very little or no experience using the internet or web browsing software.

Pre-requisites

Participants should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, keyboard and mouse skills.

  • Use a web browser to access web pages

  • Discuss the procedures you should use to avoid viruses and other unwanted content
