The General section includes two basic IT sessions covering the basic computer technology concepts, and the fundamental operational skills required to operate a personal computer. These sessions are useful in preparing to complete the ICDL modules one and two.
Also included in this section is the details of our two day project management course. This course discusses the principles of good project management using Microsoft Project as a management tool.
